How ACM UoBD handles website enquiries

ACM UoBD collects the information you choose to submit through the contact form, such as your name, email address and message. We use that information to respond to your enquiry, coordinate chapter activities, and follow up where it is relevant to an event, membership question, partnership or other request you have made. We do not ask for sensitive personal information through the website.

The contact form uses hCaptcha to reduce automated spam and Web3Forms to deliver submitted messages. These providers process information according to their own policies. The site also embeds Google Maps and links to services such as Instagram, LinkedIn and WhatsApp; those services may collect information under their own terms when you visit them.

If you want to ask about, correct or request deletion of information you submitted through the site, email contact@acmuobd.com. This page applies to the ACM UoBD website and does not replace the University of Birmingham Dubai's own policies for university systems, admissions, teaching or student records.
